”hôtel très agréable, facilement accessible en voiture car sur un grand boulevard et pour autant très silencieux. Le personnel est à l'écoute y compris après minuit pour le portier de nuit. Petit déjeuner commun avec le Mercure donc de très grande qualité. A recommander pour visiter Rouen.”

”Hotelli ja huone olivat erittäin siistit. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamupala oli myös riittävän hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli myös ihan hyvä ja keskustaan oli vain lyhyt kävelymatka. Käytössämme oli 3 hengen huone ja kolmaskin sänky oli huoneessa ihan hyvälaatuinen. Olimme katsomassa French Cup -muodostelmaluistelukilpailuja ja jäähallille oli kävelymatka vaikkei hotelli ihan hallin lähellä sijainnutkaan. Tätä hotellia voi kyllä suositella Rouenissa...

”J'ai séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel, ce que j'ai constaté c'était un problème de remontée d odeur depuis les toilettes, + un bruit ronronnement au niveau de la ventilation qui à été réparé mais le Ventilo qui a été mis à la place n'est pas adapté.”

”Erittäin siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Tunnelmaa heikensi oudot kieltokyltit ja tavaroissa olevat korvaushintatarrat! Palvelu kuitenkin ystävällistä, joten kokemus hieman ristiriitainen. Aamiainen hyvin basic, kylpyhuoneen tarvikkeet nolla eli pelkkä saippua ja ainakin meidän huoneessa lattia ihan jäinen. Lämmityssysteemi muutenkin hyvin outo - tuloksena joku kylmä tai kuuma. Onneksi sää ei ollut kauhean kylmä. Jos siisteys ja sijainti on tärkeitä, niin tämä on hyvä hotelli.”

”Charming hotel in the heart of Rouen. Minutes away by walking from the cathedral, the river Seine, shops and restaurants. My room spacious, clean, and included a balcony with amazing views of the Seine river and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended so you can maximize the crowd free early morning exploration. Staff was very empathetic to my tardiness in checking in due to missing a connecting train from Paris and stayed late to check me in. Very much appreciated and I...

”Majoittuminen oli mutkatonta, kunhan ensin selvittiin portilla olleesta vastaanottoautomaatista. Hotelli oli erittäin hyvässä paikassa moottoritien lähellä. Hyvät yhteydet mm. Givernyyn, Vernoniin, Roueniin ja Le Havreen.”
