”Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again.”

”The only positive was the good location of the apartment with easy access to the city centre.
Communication from Expedia and Archiduchesse was poor from the start. We did not get promised information from Expedia after the booking confirmation.
Archiduchesse sent a non working payment link and failed to send a contract when payment was made. Not having a contract meant the "caution" deposit was not paid until the day of arrival thanks only to the help of an Ibis hotel receptionist. The answer...

”The location and the communication/direction/check-in was excellent. The apartment itself was not exactly as indicated. There were no doors - except the entry door. The stairway to the downstairs was treacherous, and there was a window from the bathtub to the living area. There was no bathroom door, & if you are more than 5'07 in height, expect to duck - or you will hit your head multiple times during the night. (We absolutely struck our head 2 or 3 times before muscle memory clicked in). ...

Siisti asunto palvelutalossa.
