The house is an old English house, that has been modernised, so there are characteristic quirks to the building.

We have a second house close by, please enquire about extending the capacity of your stay.

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
PLEASE NOTE: Airbeds are available upon request for guest numbers over 8 people. Please notify us at the time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Subject to availability, there is a complimentary 1-Hour extended Check-in and Check-out. Beyond the 1st hour there will be a fee. The fees are £20 for the 1st Hour, then and additional £10 for every subsequent hour. Extended Check-in and Check-out must be requested and approved as early as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Please bring number & size appropriate house trained pets, and clean up after them. No pets allowed on the pool table.
