”Great communication with James, ideal location. Quiet and easily accessible to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Fabulous local pub, The Red Lion in walking distance. Cottage was modern, clean and very comfy beds. Garden leading to woods and fields. ”

”Unsere Woche in Canterbury war super...typisches englisches Cottage in einer perfekten Lage, keine 5 min zu Fuss bis Stadtzentrum, bis zentrale Bushaltestelle für ganzen Kent Bezirk und bis zu grossem Supermarkt. Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, man findet alles was man braucht inkl. komplette Küche. Kommunikation mit Besitzer einwandfrei. Danke !”

”Absolutely beautiful property! Spacious grounds, thoughtfully equipped, very well maintained. The pool area was wonderful and warm, and seems to have been recently refurbished. The local pub appears to have closed but it was only a short drive to nearby towns.We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here, thanks a lot.”

”The house was just what we needed in Canterbury, as 3 friends have the house with 3 double bedrooms was ideal. Very clean, check in was smooth, has a great garden out back and the host response and friendly - would recommend.”

”All rooms are absolutely huge and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen / living space which is bright and airy with bifold doors out to a glorious garden. We had a great stay and would recommend it for large family groups. Location-wise, it is literally a 10 minute walk into the city centre.”

”Sadly this was not a good experience, we had to chase the information about getting into the property after the check in time, it was very expensive for what it was, check in time was 4pm and check out at 10 am, 18 hours for the price was not value for money, ”

”We had a nice stay at the property. The beds and living room couches were comfortable. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.”

”Mold has taken over the cottage and now everything we took on the trip smells like mildew. I may have to buy replacement suitcases. My cpap machine filter turned black from 4 nights use in that place. I can only imagine what is in my lungs from breathing the air during my stay. We had to keep windows open at all times that we were inside; to keep the moldy smell from making us sick. The antiques are nice to look at but not comfortable to use. The shower is barely a drip and it was impossible...
