”If you're looking for a nice holiday home in Barolo region, I highly recommend this one. La Rosa Gialla is beautiful premises and great service attitude combined! Marina and her family go the extra mile to make guests enjoy their stay and have a nice personal touch in their work. ”The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards.
With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent).
All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed.
This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back.”
”Beautiful views in a town high up surrounded by grapes. Friendly owner didn't speak English but managed to show us where to park. The most memorable part of the experience was the restaurant downstairs - excellent, local dishes. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Waiter shaved truffles onto our pasta!”
”This property was amazing. Rey modern with every convenience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, even when I was trying my rudimentary Italian. The breakfast was the best I had at a hotel on my 10 day trip throughout Italy. There is some paid street parking which was a little difficult. I chose to pay for a spot at the train station parking garage right across the street, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay again. ”
