”When i booked this hotel, I was a bit worried. We were pleasantly surprised. Loved this place. Our room was huge, the property was cute and had several common areas and although next to the street, very quiet. They are outdoor chair for each room which are great to relax in after a day in the sun. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Love the theme.. not over the top. Even got a pic with Elvis. ”

”On the surface it would appear rustic, but that is not the case. The comforts included with this Tipi are wonderful. This is glamping at its best with the full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the dark night sky. Gary and Rachel provided pellets for the wood stove which was necessary for the chilly nights. Gary also responded to any question I had within minutes. Great trip!”

”From the wind blowing through the trees to all the stars in the sky this place is a perfect get away from all the noise of the city. Nice spacious house with very comfortable furniture in all rooms. There is a trailhead just down the road that will take you to several trails---check out the maps in the dining room. Our pups loved the large patio. The pups down the road are friendly. Be sure to visit Dolores River Brewery---great patio, and Montezuma Mexican Restaurant---seats by the river.”

”We spent Easter weekend at Jeff’s property which is easy to find. Close to the city park and walking trails. The kitchen nicely stocked as we hosted our son snd family for Easter dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was labeled and organized so well. Everything has been thought through. The windows/doors give a great view! Our kids enjoyed some of the games provided. ”My family really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home. It was nice to have a place where we could bring our dogs. The kids didnt want to leave. They liked watching the prairie dogs in the field. It was just under 20 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park. We had everything we needed for our stay. I'm a tall person (6'6") so I had to duck in the living room and had to crawl in the bedroom.
