Two-storey terraced house located in a quiet residence with a shared garden and swimming pool. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lovely patio, and a service bathroom. The first floor is composed of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with shower (curtains). One uncovered parking space is included. Beach distance 550mt.
