The property features a balcony and a private garden with BBQ.. It comes with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 460mt.*Pets are not allowed. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
