Your villa consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room and with TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), refrigerator (freezer), microwave and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Porto Santa Margherita, district Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m above sea level. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kid and sockets with child safety lock.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to early September, 10 m x 8 m, depth 2 m).
