This charming and comfortable cottage, "Il Rustico," is spread over two levels, covering an area of 75 square meters. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, and it has an exit leading to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of Castelvecchio di Compito Alto. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as four hot plates, ideal for preparing meals. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm), and the other with two comfortable beds. Additionally, there is a shower/WC.
