Villa Collevento is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Collevento you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Collevento is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Lucca, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet).
You will reach Villa Collevento from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately eight stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Collevento we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

As guests of the property you will have access to a near tennis court shared with other villas.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces and a suspended chandelier, and include two sofas and four armchairs. Here you will find a card table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has four windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has a window, as well as a high window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from a corridor climbing six steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has three windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area. Laundry room
