”We were very pleasantly surprised by this great hotel. The room was more modern than expected. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and a small but clean bathroom. The room was large with high ceilings (second floor), a ceiling fan and fridge. Coffee was available in an area called “the barn” in an area central to all rooms. ”Unique stay - camping with an upgraded Style.”

”Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.”

”Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!”

”This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.”

”You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.”

”We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”Great Stay! Very convenient for quick access to Falmouth. Had to clean, remove sheets, collect towels, and take out trash. Kind of odd overall but it was a non profit hotel with individually owned rooms. Still had cash tip slips for some reason?!”
