”Exceptional and clean”

”We had a great stay at Green Harbour. The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would go back there for a stay.”

”We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.”

”We went for a weekend and loved it! Very clean and nice pool. Walked to restaurants and stores easily. Tried a couple different beaches- all great!”

”Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

”Loved the location, size of room and friendly staff. Unfortunately because of a tournament and member guest outing I was unable to play holf.”

”Perfect spot if you like to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurant and shops. Staff were great. Room was comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is more outlets and in accessible locations in the room.”

”Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!”

”Great Stay! Very convenient for quick access to Falmouth. Had to clean, remove sheets, collect towels, and take out trash. Kind of odd overall but it was a non profit hotel with individually owned rooms. Still had cash tip slips for some reason?!”

”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”
