”This is a great motel in Falmouth. It is clean, well Kept, the Staff is very helpful and it is reasonably priced for a motel on the Main Street in Falmouth and a quick drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.”

”We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”Absolutely disgusting- the smell hit me when I walked up the front desk. Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on. I’m not a snob by any means and I’ve stayed in plenty of roadside motels, but this was over the top. It was beyond clear the room was cleaned completely half assed and the sheets...

”Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!”
