”This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.”

”Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS.
