Beautiful and Spacious
The check in process and communication with Sue made our trip stressfree and enjoyable. The accomodations were perfect with large living areas and beautifully decorated rooms. The shower in the master suite was amazing. We loved the screened in pool area the convenience of a bathroom near the pool also the ability to kayak through the canals was amazing. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was also at our disposal. The downside was the hotub smelled of mold/mildew and the lights didn't work. It would also be great if they provided a set of men's and women's golf clubs. That being said nearly everything needed for adventure and activities was on site and available for use. We highly recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting southern Florida. We hope to return again in the future.

Pictures are true to the home and amenities. It is decorated very nice and is very spacious. It was nice to have: extra towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, washer/dryer, nice big clean area (outside/inside), quiet neighborhood. There were a few things that needed fixing: some of the light switches looked unsafe and the kitchen sink looked unstable. The maintenance person was there about something else and mentioned that he would be fixing it after we left. TV may need an update and at night the Internet was patchy.

Wir waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Der Kontakt war super schnell, wenn man eine Anfrage hatte wurde sofort reagiert. Es war so ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir hoffen bald zurück zukommen. Wir hatten auch einmal Glück einen Delfin vom Steg am Haus zu sehen

Game changing vacation experience.
We were amazed how accurate the photos were when we walked in the door. The home is beautiful and is stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and our boys insisted being served through the breakfast bar on the lanai. Could not get the kids out of the pool which was a blessing since it was a scorcher! Our boys also enjoyed fishing off the dock each evening. Highly recommend this home and we hope to make it our home away from home next year!

Disappointed as Hurricane did a number on most of area
We were instructed to set the the thermostat at 76 and we could loss our deposit if we set it lower. The temp. each day was 95 plus and bedrooms stayed at 80 each night. The cleaning people did not clean the floors very good as our feet were black if we did not wear some type of shoes. I thought the property was very nice and other then furniture getting old it was enjoyable.

I am so glad you thought the property was very nice and was enjoyable. One note, there is nowhere in instructions said renters could lose deposit if temperature set lower than 76. Our renters can control the temperature and adjust AC to their comfort level. It’s a very simple thermostat. Regarding the floors, in Florida when the doors and windows are open to the screened lanai, dust and dirt can blow in over the course of a stay, the floors are immaculate at check in. All of us who live here know that frustration, but we love our weather and still open all the doors leading to the lanai to enjoy the sunshine and warmth and great breezes Please see former reviews for our high marks on cleanliness. I would ask future renters to read all our excellent reviews that more accurately reflect the home I encourage all renters wherever they stay to alert the owner or manager if anything comes up so the issues can be dealt with promptly. We always appreciate feedback from our renters, thank you.

Great Stay
Our flight arrived before check in time and the cleaning staff were still in the house. They recommended a nearby restaurant and finished cleaning by the time we got back. The place is gorgeous! The management has it running like a well oiled machine. There was plenty of information available about the house and region available in a book for guests. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The neighbors were extremely friendly and respectful. We took a boat tour recommended in the book. It was fantastic.

Absolutely Beautiful. Everything was perfect. My favorite part was the pool and the master bath. My sons fished off the dock all week and loved it! Short drive to Fort Meyers Beach, which was wonderful. House was fully stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella and tons of beach towels. Nice neighbors. It couldn’t have been any more perfect. Will definitely rent again. Thank you. ❤️

We loved it.
Split bedrooms and big open living and kitchen area were perfect for us and our son and daughter-in-law. Loved the house facing the west so we could enjoy the pool area in late afternoon without the hot sun. Pool was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood.

It was an amazing place to stay! Very clean. Easy check-in. The property managers are super nice. So nice to have four bathrooms, including one by the pool to use. We loved having the use of a washer and dryer. The kitchen faucet was not getting hot water, but we contacted the handyman, Jim, and he did come to check into it. There is plenty of space for people. We were a group of four adults and one 11 year old. It’s nice to have the option to use the bicycles, coolers, fishing poles, and chairs. It was a great place to stay and make memories!

Look no further!
This property is a 5 star! Great location , well stocked, beautiful pool area and so much more. I’m pretty picky and can honestly say this house had little to nothing that needs changing. We even had dolphins visit our dock!! Make sure you take a boat ride - I recommend Bruce Larson. Great stay!

Perfect place to recharge the soul!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks in January and were able to enjoy the Florida weather and loved the location! It was so convenient. The home itself was incredible. It is super clean and very well stocked with lots of extras that were so very nice to have including a book about the property and area that was very helpful! The pool is extra large and was very fun. There are a lot of different areas for seating, working and game playing. The furniture was nice quality and comfortable. The ownership team was very responsive through the process of booking through us leaving. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Our Visit!
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in this house. We have been traveling to the area for the past few years and I will say hands-down this was the cleanest, most well-stocked house we’ve stayed in yet. We had everything we needed for our almost 2 week long stay. More than enough toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish and laundry detergent. That was a first for us, and I so appreciated it. Communication both before and during our trip was always super fast and reliable. I never felt like we couldn’t get a hold of someone if necessary. The screens around the lanai were recently replaced and it is now even more gorgeous than the pictures show. This house is perfect for families and we would be thrilled to stay here again!

It was a comforting experience, it was baby and kid friendly. Very welcoming neighbors, very beautiful on the inside, there wasn't a lanai due to the previous hurricane but overall enjoyed the stay and they provided kayaks fishing poles. I would rent here again.

Lovely home
Pool had some mold, but property mgr had the pool company come out and fix the problem. He was very attentive. Lovely home. Nice neighborhood! Except for having to evacuate due to hurricane Ian, it was delightful. We did lose 1/2 of our $, so insurance would be a good idea in the future.

Exceptional!!
This place was nothing short of amazing. Accommodations were outstanding. This house has absolutely everything you need and more. We had 2 young children and a baby with us and felt very at home and comfortable. I’m usually very picky with cleanliness and this house was so clean and neat! If we ever visit the area again we will without a doubt book this house again. We were so sad to leave!

Amazing Vacation! Wow!
My family vacations every year and we like to try new places. This is the first time in 15 years my husband asked me to book the same property for next year, a year in advance. This property is perfection. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The ammenities and extras (laundry soap/beach gear/fishing equipment and more) are above any property we have ever rented. Every location in the house is paradise- from the deck overlooking the canal to the hottub, or even the view from the kitchen looking out at the palm trees as you do dishes-amazing! We did not want to leave the house and enjoyed the huge pool, hot tub, and canal. We caught many fish and blue crabs every day and enjoyed picking fresh mangos from the tree in the front yard. We saw dolphins multiple times as well as Iguanas and exotic birds. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Pool and hot tub maintenance came multiple times through the week which was nice. We have school age children so it was so convenient to have a pool that was eaay to monitor from everywhere in the house. The the kids could swim whenever they wanted! The kitchen was fully stocked and we ate meals out on the lanai many nights and utilized the grill. Kyaking and bike riding was also a hit. We did 3 day trips to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island which were only 15-30 minutes away. The owners have thought of every detail to make your vacation incredible. I can't say enough good things. If we could give 6 stars we would!

Wonderful Family Vacation!
My family and I had the best time at this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we could have possibly needed for the week. The location is perfect for relaxing, but also close to town if you wanted to stay busy. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and smooth as well. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend to family/friends!

The perfect getaway!
Easy access to a very clean house! The house was very bright, nice large windows to look out at the pool and canal which made you feel like you were on vacation just sitting on the couch looking out. Wonderful pool area with tables and loungers. It was really relaxing sitting on the dock having a cocktail on the two sitting areas. The extra beach stuff for use was wonderful! A really perfect relaxing vacation!

This place was for 3 couples. The facilities were clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect as the first few days were cooler. It was nice to have some space to relax in. The location was perfect for some of the day trips we had. The neighborhood was safe and easy to get around in. We would highly recommend this place.

Winter Get Away
This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Last year we booked two weeks. We had such an awesome time that we booked three weeks this year. Everything about this place is great! We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at this house. The house was great and well stocked. Loved having the extra bathrooms especially with 3 teenage girls 😀. Wonderful private quiet property

The house was a good size in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to lots of amenities and an easy drive to Ft. Myers. The pool was huge and the hot tub was relaxing. House had everything mentioned in the listing and more. We had a great week!

Great Vacation House
A beautiful house on the canal! Our family had a great time and used the kayaks, bikes and beach chairs they offer. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, utensils etc. as well as spices. The burners on the stove took some getting used to - one was really hot while another took it’s time heating up, but we mastered it after a few days and the oven and grill were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we used all the floaty chairs. Unfortunately, and this was something that the owners would not know or be able to control, the neighbor got a new roof installed during our stay leading to 3 mornings of 7 AM noise - trucks, air-staple guns and pounding. So, we got up a bit earlier than planned. Overall, great house, great get-away.

Great Vacation
We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and well stocked. They added a pool bath which wasn't in the description when we rented the home....this is an amazing plus, since we spent the majority of our time in the pool. The master bath has been updated another plus. We had a couple of small issues/concerns which were discussed and handled in a timely manner, nothing that would stop us from renting this home again, or telling oir friends to rent this place. I also noticed that the pool was "solar" heated un the listing, but it appears the solar panels are laying off to the side of the home. We didn't notice it until the last day, and that was just by accident...the pool was plenty warm, and electric heat was available. Maybe the listing should be updated for future renters. With all that being said, we would stay here again.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at this home. The home had 2 bathrooms renovated and a third added (giving it a total of 4 baths now) just before your visit. In addition, the pool was resurfaced and the roof replaced. The home DOES have solar but with the roof having been replaced just before you arrived, the solar company did not have chance to get the solar back on. Of course with summer temperatures, there is no heating needed in the pool at all and it did not impact your visit.

Vacation property that has it all!
My husband and our two teenage sons plus our dog were lucky enough to have this wonderful vacation home for 2 weeks at the end of June 2021. The house amenities did not fall short at all! Located on a quiet street with sweet neighbors! Enormous mango tree out front, fragrant gardenia bush, pineapple plant and coconut palm all to bear fruit from! Driving distance to all beaches. Don't need to bring any beach gear, the garage was full of everything you need including a rolling cooler! Evening bike rides were so relaxing looking at all the homes in the subdivision. The big pool overlooks the canal with a hot tub. A few details were different from the online listing but didn't bother us too much. Overall, excellent stay and definitely recommend!

Our own little piece of paradise
I hesitate to write this review because the house was so good, I don't want to lose the chance to book it again. The wife and I spent our 20th anniversary in our own little piece of paradise for the week. Sue did a great job with this place and I wouldn’t change a thing. We usually go to the Keys but you get much more for your money in Cape Coral. It was very hard to pack up and leave as we were that comfortable. Half way through the trip I was looking to see if the same week is available next year.
