Hyvää: Siisteys
I'll just focus on the negatives:
- Too many things that are not included in the all-inclusive.
- Only two free 4-person jacuzzis for over a thousand rooms. No free saunas. No bathtubs in most rooms.
- Ridiculous European prices for services that many all-inclusives provide for free.
- Free alcohol selection does not include even generic liqueurs like coffee, banana etc., so the cocktail selection is very, very limited.
- Freshly squeezed fruit juice is 2 € at breakfast, and you can imagine that the stand wasn't busy.
- Spa is 20 € per hour per person for a very basic Turkish and Finnish saunas and a lukewarm jacuzzi and swimming pool.
- Gym is very small and useless. Best to stick to bodyweight exercises in your room.
- The English skills of the staff are quite poor, even though there a quite many British guests.
- The sea is so shallow that you can't really swim in it.
- An actually serious safety issue are the extremely slippery tiles outside around the pools. We were slipping but managed to avoid falling. Someone slipping and falling seemed to happen on a daily basis. Don't take your elderly parents to this hotel.
- The free wifi was slow and kept cutting out constantly, so you need to keep logging in. Ridiculously rubbish.
- The food becomes boring. The wait to get omelettes is tedious. Glasses don't get refilled by the waiters, as if they are trying to save on the wine.
- They listen to the complaints, but nothing is improved.
- This is not a real 5-star hotel.
