”The check-in/out was alright. The two rooms which we'd booked were not in the best condition. "You get what you pay for" was posted from a previous review is true.”

”The beds in the room needs some updating, you can feel the springs in the mattress. I wasn’t able to sleep well which sucked because I had a 10hr drive. I woke up with body aches.”

”Decent Stay for the price”

”Located in a scenic area but a big Target across the street and fast food options in walking distance. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast--typical motel options for breakfast including grits.”

”As a woman traveling by herself, I did not feel comfortable staying at this motel and ended up cutting my time there short. When I returned the first evening to my room, there were several men silently loitering outside right by my room’s door, and I did not feel safe there. Also the room was really worn-out, decrepit and smelly. The family who run the motel were very nice, but that’s the only good thing I could say.”

”No complain about the staff they were amazing. However, the room was wet. It just seemed like a breeding ground for mold The sheets weren’t clean. I bought my own. I found hair in them the first night and I was so tired that I just took the sheets off and bought my own. The room just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned at all.”

”I got what I paid for—it was an affordable room for a one-night stay near Wrightsville Beach. However, I would not choose to stay here again. Upon check-in, the front desk had me sign a strict no-smoking policy, yet when we entered our room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. As a parent traveling with my children, this was concerning. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening and we weren’t able to make other arrangements, so we made the best of the situation for the night.”

”The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to...

”They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet..”

”Roaches in room. Didn't see them until early morning. Poo on bathroom door casing. Bed hard as a brick. Hardly anything to eat for breakfast. Not stocked at all. No milk for cereal, no forks for waffles, no cups for coffee and orange juice was watered down and nasty. Don't waste your money!!”

”The hotel smelled and the rooms were disgusting . Dirty blankets and pillows full of stains . Walls and floors were dirty . Didn’t even stay . Walked in and seen it and immediately left. Looks nothing like the pictures online . And was not able to get refund”
