Luxurious Beach Block townhome in prestigious Diamond Beach. Villa House Condominiums, with access to private beach (8) beach tags, included. There are 2 decks with seating and ocean view on one deck. Coffee Connoisseurs we have two coffee makers Cuisinart Coffee Maker and Keurig K Cafe for Latte and Cappuccino Lovers. There are 8 Caribbean Joe Beach Chairs, 2 beach bags, 2 Caribbean Joe umbrellas, Large Orange Buggy & Beach Wagon to take items to beach and we top it off with a rolling cooler.
Diamond Beach is a quiet area located at the very bottom of Wildwood Crest and just over the bridge to Cape May. The back of the condo is located on a wildlife preserve. Covered parking for 2 cars and additional parking available. There are two balconies - one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. The beach is steps away and a pool is available. Amazing SunRise and Sunset Views. This is a beautiful, somewhat secluded area where you are close enough to the hustle and bustle of Wildwood, if you so desire, and secluded enough for a quiet get away. You can have the best of both!

Diamond Beach

Our stay was very nice. The house is beatiful and we spent a lot of time sitting by the pool, relaxing and reading some good books. Very clean place and the owner was very quick to respond to an issue with the Air Conditioning.Overall, very enjoyable week even with some bad weather. would definately rent again.

First time in Wildwood

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Wildwood. It was off season and thoroughly enjoyable. The townhome was just as advertised and the perfect spot for quiet coffee on the deck in the morning and enjoying gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The beach is expansive and the home was just steps away from it. All the beach accessories were greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great getaway!

Wonderful, convenient location and comfortable accommodations. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to our needs. Make sure to bring your own linens as is the case with most Jersey Shore rentals.

Location! Location!!

Excellent location. Quiet, safe. Easy walk to the beach and back to the pool before heading in. So great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach games with beach wagons already onsite to use! I am not sure if they rely on renters to clean prior to their departure and do not bring in a cleaning crew between guests. Ceiling fans were dusty, a layer of dust on the blades- visible when looking up. I had to clean out the cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and freezer from crumbs. I went through the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaned and vacuumed before feeling comfortable to settle in. You cannot beat this location!!! Would recommend!!!

Close to the beach, and had a pool. Large enough to comfortably sleep 6 people in the three bedrooms. Owner was responsive to answering questions even during the stay. Quiet part of town and we look forward to staying here again.

Family vacation July 2023

Spending family time once a year in Wildwood Crest has always been a special time for us. This townhouse was made for this. Space was good for our family of 8, all ages, infant to senior. Very clean, pool was nice and refreshing after a beach day. 8 badges provided for the private beach. Had some questions about the TV's and owner very prompt in responding. Our only concern was the "spiral" staircase with a toddler, but a gate was supplied if needed. Thanks for a great week.

Better than Expected

This townhouse was even better in person! It was perfect for our family of six. At first we were worried about the stairs being dangerous for our 1 and 3 year old, but there was a safety gate available which put us at ease for our entire stay. Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean. Showers felt amazing and kitchen had all appliances we needed. Just remember to bring linens & towels. Beach gear was a breeze to find and perfect size to bring all we needed for our beach days. Jennifer was very responsive if we had any questions. This is our 3rd annual Diamond Beach stay and the BEST by far! Thank you so much for accommodating us. Would definitely book again.

Another wonderful week at Villa House!!!!

We always enjoy staying at Villa House. This is our 2nd year staying at Jennifer’s place. It’s beautifully decorated, clean with a well stocked kitchen. This year we brought our own pillows and blankets for an extra comfort of home. We love the location which is quiet , extremely close to the beach, amazing views from the deck overlooking the bird sanctuary and a short drive to cape may!! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon are an added bonus! We will definitely be staying with Jennifer again!! She is a text message away and always responds quickly!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
