”A wonderful property in the heart of Olgonquit! Perfect place for a mother daughter weekend trip! Property is clean, well furnished, and in the best location. The hostess is super responsive--I had questions about parking that were answered immediately. Highly recommend!”

”Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. ”This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

”The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.”

Began with a hiccup in the beginning they double booked my original room but they gave us another then after two nights had to move us again. That was a pain but honestly the place was really great!
