It was not clear in the description of the property that persons with accessibility issues needed to be able to carry all of their belongings up and down a flight of stairs between the parking lot and the second floor unit. A window shade over a window facing the common porch was broken and not able to be hung, leaving anyone on the porch able to have full view inside the unit. ”Check-in was a little problematic since the office closed at 5, but we finally got confirmation through Expedia about getting someone to contact us about checking in after hours. Room was clean. Washing machine did not cooperate, and after an hour of trying different settings, we finally got a full cycle to work.
