”This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return.”

”Idyllic peaceful place”

”Lovely bog home but very unkept and dirty. Outside, lawns weren't mowed, definitely needed to water blast as slime build up, made surfaces slipery, outdoor furniture covers were ripped also. Inside, mold in the milk throffer, inside the kichen bins, most window cills were covered in cob webs, spiders, flys and very dirty. Wall paper lifting. Dark hair found in beds that weren't slept in. Loved the place but definitely needs work and a proper clean and upkeep.”

”This is such a great house to stay in. Close to town, great living area and well apportioned bedrooms and bathrooms. Very modern, warm and clean. Would highly recommend.”

”Outstanding home and property! Quiet amongst the vines, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and every appliance or kitchen tool you should need. Having three bedroom and three bathrooms was great. Practically a home away from home. So relaxing we didn’t want to leave! ”

”It was such a lovely haven while we were displaced from our home due to storm damage...the fireplace added instant atmosphere and the train carriage is so cute. The pre-cut firewood and homemade jams etc, were an unexpected bonus. Thanks so much - recommend to anyone! ”
