”Well presented, clean and tidy, lovely spa pool and entertainment area. Sleep out lovely with TV, sofa and heatpump. Kitchen had everything you would need.Would have been a big benefit to have the bed off the lounge as a proper bedroom and more lights in the garden near the spa pool.”

”Arrived just on dark, in the rain. No access to cabin for vehicle, so had to walk up steps on an unlit path, in the rain and the dark to get there. No outside undercover area like a porch to put wet footwear, so had to track the water inside. The room was still dirty from the last occupant, dirty sheets and towels with no clean bedding anywhere to be found. Luckily I had some of my own bedding in my vehicle - which I then had to go back out in the driving rain and dark to retrieve. Would never...

”The house was looking tired, whilst clean it could do with refresh. The heated towel rail fell off the wall; it was a quick fix. There was also no spare rolls of toilet paper. When I rang the help line, it was not answered. I left a message but needless to say they did not bring any spare rolls.”

”Lovely property. Very clean and great location. Great outside area. Would suggest a couple of small improvements - spray and wipe for cleaning down surfaces, more dish cloths and some more shade/privacy in the master bedroom - it looks straight into the neighbours lounge and you don’t want to pull the whole blind down which darkens the room. ”

”There was no pool, no view, no TUSCAN atmosphere, in fact very disappointing. It was a very bland 3 bedroom house. No dish cloth, no paper towel, and no heat pump remote! We went from 26degrees one day to 13 the next day we searched the house for the remote but there was not one.”
