”Generally easy process to check in - we arrived late and very helpful assistance was near immediate to help with unfamiliar digital process. Accommodation - glamping pods - and beach proximity were awesome! Caught out by no cutlery and cookware in main kitchen (have to extract for deposit fee - in our luckycase, no fee!-from front office when open), but then guess we arent frequent travellers so this new to us. Not all gas stove heads worked - would've been neat if bigger rings operated. Cooked...

”For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”

”From the start, the communication with Liz was very prompt and clear. All I needed to know was provided to us. The chalet was clean and the bathrooms are modern. We did not feel rushing on check out during our final day which added value to the whole experience. Shame the next New Zealand Dragon Boat Nationals will be held elsewhere next year, otherwise, I would have booked again. Maybe for some other trip down in Karapiro. Awesome service, Liz and team!”
