”The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was very clean and nice and the neighbor who lives there permanently was super nice! We loved the king bedroom because it is so cold! We slept like babies! The front bedroom stays pretty warm, might want to bring a fan if you need it cold. The living room was clean and spacious with nice furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed! We always bring our own beach stuff but they did have several chairs and an umbrella! ”Very nice overall. You must be able to climb stairs. Nice amenities; we enjoyed reading in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach... Car-port was just about too narrow for our full-sized truck. An unexpected (but apparently planned) power outage of a few hours took us a bit by surprise. But no damage done. We would certainly come again ... but might seek "handicapped accessible"!”

”First time to Cape San Blas and it was excellent. We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but Steve handled it perfectly. Bought a new one and had it delivered the next day which is a difficult thing to get done. We would definitely stay here again.”
