The space
This is home is perfect for a winter coastal retreat and serves as a welcoming space for families, friends, or professional groups. Five of the bedrooms feature elegant en-suite bathrooms with high-end fixtures, spacious showers, and standalone bathtubs perfect for long, relaxing soaks on cool evenings. A sixth bathroom is shared, with an additional guest bathroom conveniently located on the ground floor.

To ensure optimal comfort during the colder months, the villa is fitted with two large gas heaters in the main living and dining area. Additionally, five of the seven bedrooms include built-in air conditioning, providing year-round climate control.

Two bedrooms open onto private patios with stunning sea views ideal for enjoying crisp ocean air and a warm drink wrapped in a blanket. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer, making extended winter stays both effortless and comfortable.

To ensure the best experience for our guests and neighbouring houses, we’ve installed a noise monitoring device in the living room. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am) and help us maintain a peaceful environment for all.

PLEASE NOTE: We are required to ask all of our guests to sign a contract for all short term stays. We also ask our guests to sign a contract for our larger properties. Our standard contract is sent to guests 2 days before their stay begins and we find it gives both us, the host and you, the guest greater assurance of a fantastic stay in our property!
