”We decided to go to the Bull inn as it was situated well for us as we wanted to go to Sutton Hoo and then the next morning go to Framlingham Castle. ”Expedia did not relay my original request for a twin-bedded room (we were two elderly ladies) and we were allocated VERY SMALL double bed which was totally unacceptable. Fortunately the hotel were eventually able to arrange a twin-bedded room by splitting a king size bed into two sections and the situation was resolved. BUT it could have spoiled our holiday had a solution not been found (the hotel was fully booked).”

”The staff were all excellent The parking very good Ev chargers made a difference Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks. Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles. The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room. ”Ok but do NOT book in the summer!! Only one room has air con and the heated towel rail can not be turned off! Even with the fuse removed (owner advised we remove). This made the bathroom ridiculous hot which filtered through to the room. Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains up the walls from coffee (I hope) Aircon in all rooms would make it much more comfortable and the rest could be overlooked. Staff were fantastic though.”

”No parking when I got there and not a big car park anyway, room was dirty with hair left in the shower, bed was lumpy and creaked everytime I l moved. Also wasn't made aware that there was a function on until I checked in which was noisy up until midnight.”
