Had to wait 20 minutes to check in even though there was only 1 person ahead of me.
Had to park in front and take 2 elevators to take clothes to room.

”The renovation is very poorly thought out. The room looks okay, but it is horribly impractical. There is no closet space at all - the only thing I can hang clothes on are Ikea pegs mounted directly next to the TV. No drawer space at all. I guess they expect me to put my clothes on the shelf under the sink. They re-used the desk lamps/outlets from the old room, including one that is mounted on the wall over the sofabed (for some odd reason).
