”Everything was great”

”Greeted by reception they recognize us from all our stays. Room very clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as always. There are plenty of options. Our favourite place to stay in Whiteplains.”

”The room smelled like strong cat pee i think it was their cleaning solution.But the smell was terrible. Also some kind of construction going on inside the hotel but never saw anyone working. We booked the hotel on the basis of the indoor pool... but sadly found out when we arrived.It was empty. Just not a very good overall experience.”

”Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here”

”I booked a room with three separate beds for three senior citizen men. The room was not provided, only room available was a King and fold out coach. They did provide a fold out bed. This was unacceptable and we asked for a second room and was told that they were completely sold out. The empty garage and sparse crowd at breakfast the next day makes me question that.”

”I most start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect. The crow you find is very nice and educated , which important for my family and I. Now I like to express my discomfort. When I arrived on Friday night , the front desk agent gave us a king sides bed, I had made reservations for multiple beds. When I called her from the room and explained to her that my son was coming to stay that we needed 2 beds , she just advised to have him sleep in the sofa ( not acceptable, my...
