Breakfast was delicious—healthy options as well as homemade indulgences. We cannot wait for another visit!”

”Unfortunately, I was unable to make this trip due to medical issue. I tried to cancel booking through Expedia, at 5:30, and was told I couldn't cancel and the Hotel was keeping an amount of money, which was more I paid for the room. That was a refundable booking as well. Expedia was going to reach out to the hotel directly to see if they would waive the cancelation price, but the hotel didn't. Next step was filing a claim with the travel insurance company - this entire process is pain...

”The hotel condition was bit bad and the locks did not works properly.”

”I was provided a renovated room by the front counter attendant. A/C worked, sheets and pillows were clean. Bathroom clean. So room was the best it could be. That said, lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The 'motor inn' is a dump. But what do you expect for $74/85? Absolutely zero amenities. No breakfast. OK if you're just passing thru.”

”We love staying here. Close to amenities in White Plains as well as train station to NYC. Aberdeen restaurant in the lobby is top notch Chinese food!”

”Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here”

”Stepping from the exterior of this roadside strip motel is like stepping into a modern, attractive room at a bigger name hotel for an amazing price. My only complaint is that (all kinds of) noise travels between rooms, but the trade off was being able to come down from New England for a day of adventure in NYC and have a good rest before driving home. Actually, we discovered the Westchester County area has a lot to offer in its own right and explored before our return drive. We slept through...

”This Holiday Inn Express is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and the property is clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the complimentary breakfast that was offered. This is often a pretty unappealing selection of items and bad coffee that seem thrown together in some dark area. This area was very clean and bright, the food selection was very good and the coffee was also very good! I only needed the room for one night for a nearby event, but I would stay here again!
