We offer our guests a property consisting of 3 apartments in an almost equidistant position between the Peducelli beach and the Morcone beach, hidden gems of the Capoliveri coast, with a unique charm. Peducelli in particular is located in a quiet location, with crystal clear waters and a gravel and sand seabed, a corner of paradise where uncontaminated nature meets the sea. Its relaxed atmosphere and panoramic view make it ideal for those seeking an escape from the daily chaos. Along the shore, the waves break gently, creating a serene and contemplative atmosphere. About 10 km from the complex, inside a beautiful pine forest, there is a riding stable with the possibility of practicing riding lessons or short walks with an instructor (children from 3 years old and up) and possible guided excursions on horseback along the beautiful Costa dei Gabbiani (a popular destination also for cyclists and hikers). Next to the riding stable there are tennis courts and the Remaiolo beach (access by reservation).

Cottage - 6 + 1 beds
Cottage on a single floor for a surface area of ​​about 70 square meters, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double with container bed and pouf bed and a quadruple with double bed and bunk bed with access to the veranda with sea view, well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, living area, bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and large window. Outside, large covered veranda with sea view, equipped with table and chairs for eating outside with the addition of deckchairs and a sofa to relax and admire the beautiful view. A few meters away from the veranda there is also a small shaded garden and sea view for the exclusive use of the cottage.

Location information:
- sea view; quiet area along the coast, free on 3 sides and surrounded by garden and Mediterranean scrub
- the property is connected via a panoramic path that ends with a staircase (about 100 steps), which leads to the Morcone beach, with a radius of about 350 m
- the same distance is covered to reach the Peducelli beach via a path of about 350 m that can only be traveled on foot

Important Notes:
- rental for a maximum of 6 adults accompanied by a child
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio (based on the opening season).
