We offer our guests three charming two-room apartments inside the Residence i Due Golfi, in the heart of the slope that goes from Lacona to Norsi. The garden features palm trees and large green areas dedicated to common areas, including outdoor children's games, outdoor showers and BBQ. A quiet environment in a coastal setting immersed in the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation. Golfo Stella is a beautiful bay located near the town of Capoliveri, on the eastern coast of the island. This picturesque area is known for its crystal clear waters, sandy and pebble beaches, and its panoramic landscapes. It is an idyllic destination for tourists who love swimming, sunbathing and water activities such as snorkeling and sailing. The nearby Frazione di Lacona, although not a true city center, offers a small promenade with seaside bars, music, and stalls.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and their tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer profile.
It is one of the most suggestive stretches of coast of the island at the foot of the Capo Stella promontory, with its incredible views of the sea that opens up on the horizon. The apartments are about 500 meters walk from the bay of Margidore, a large beach of dark pebbles and water so crystalline that it seems like a swimming pool. Well equipped to offer a complete 360-degree holiday, you will find equipped beaches, canoe and pedal boat and surf rentals, and a bar where you can have lunch and dinner.

- quiet residential area; a short distance from the Panoramic Elbano point
- to access the beach you do not go through the road beaten by Google Maps but a public road goes straight down as the crow flies

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets are allowed with a supplement of €30.00 for cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels provided by the property: 15.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- The BBQ, if used, must be left clean after use
