The Gulf of Mola is 1.5 km away, while the small coves of Barabarca and Zuccale are only 2 km away. For those seeking a long sandy beach, we recommend Lido di Capoliveri, which is 3 km away. The characteristic villages of Capoliveri (3.5 km) and Porto Azzurro (3 km) are reachable within 5 minutes by car and provide the perfect setting for pleasant evening strolls among typical restaurants and local shops.

4-Bedroom Villa
The 55 sqm home, plus outdoor areas, spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase, can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is an independent entrance, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. In the basement (accessible via the spiral staircase), there is a double bedroom with TV and a small bedroom with two extendable single beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Under the shade of lush palm trees, the private garden offers everything needed to enjoy outdoor relaxation, including a dining area with table, chairs, and umbrella, a barbecue for social grilling, two sun loungers, and a relaxation corner with chairs and a small table.

Important Notes:

No groups of young people under 25 are allowed.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM, a €50 surcharge applies.

Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (mandatory): €200, refundable within 48 hours after the end of the stay via credit card; if paid in cash, it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3:00 PM.

Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on-site.

If using the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use; otherwise, €50 will be withheld from the security deposit.

Key Collection Information:
Check-in details are sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on opening periods.
