We offer our clients a villa at Lido di Capoliveri, located on the ground floor of a two-story structure. Guests will have the ground floor at their disposal, ideal for 4 people, with a newly renovated kitchen featuring a wicker bed for two, one of which is a pull-out bed. The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and a cozy double bedroom. The veranda with openable and closable shutters allows for practically outdoor dining or can be closed for more privacy. Additionally, the villa offers a terrace, an outdoor space in front of the entrance, and a parking spot, all just 700 meters from the beautiful Lido di Capoliveri beach.

Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a supplement of 40.00 Euros.

Departure: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: the apartments are not provided with bed and bath linen; it is possible to rent them at a cost of 20 Euros for the single bed and 40 Euros for the double bed, payable locally, within 7 days before the arrival date wit delivery in our office in Portoferraio.ì
