Nestled in the peaceful Capriasca area, among the green valleys above Lugano, CASA RuKi is the perfect base for discovering the wonders of Ticino, surrounded by nature, hiking trails, and authentic villages.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living room featuring a soft fabric sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration, along with a TV and dining table. An elegant arched opening leads to the kitchen, designed with modern, clean lines and fully equipped so you can cook independently, just like at home. Large windows provide abundant natural light throughout the day; one of them opens onto the furnished outdoor terrace overlooking the surrounding valley, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the fresh air. The wooden ceiling adds warmth and character to the space, echoing the natural, mountain atmosphere of the surroundings. A distinctive spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for families or friends. The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with a window and shower, finished with classic green tiles that add a pleasant touch of color.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment features a private covered outdoor parking space.

In the surrounding area, Capriasca offers beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike routes, ideal for exploring green hills and lush forests in complete tranquility. In about 20 minutes by car, you can reach Lugano, with its charming lakeside promenade, elegant boutiques, and rich cultural offerings. Panorama lovers can head to Monte Bar (20 minutes), Monte San Salvatore (25 minutes), Monte Tamaro (25 minutes), or Monte Brè (30 minutes). Those wishing to discover the most authentic side of Ticino can visit the charming villages of Morcote or Ascona, about 40 minutes by car, famous for their traditional grotti and local culinary specialties.

How to get there:

By car, from the Swiss Cantonal Road, follow the signs towards Origlio and Capriasca. Then take Via al Convento and drive uphill towards the Convento Santa Maria dei Frati Cappuccini del Bigorio.

By train, from Lugano station, reach Tesserete by bus 461 (11 stops, about 17 minutes). Tesserete bus stop is about a 30-minute walk from the property; the use of a car is recommended.
