Melkein taivas 5 makuuhuoneen / 5 kylpyhuoneen talo

Melkein taivas on yksi uskomaton loma talo: tilava, ammattimaisesti sisustettu ylellisessä, mutta järkevässä tyylissä ja loistavalla paikalla. Kiinteistö on hiljainen ja yksityinen, mutta silti kätevä Captiva Village -alueen ravintoloille, kaupoille ja aktiviteetteille (vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Green Flash -ravintolasta). Meksikonlahden ranta on vain yhden talon päässä, ja vesi näkyy isäntäsarjan aurinkoisella parvekkeella.

Huoneet ovat suuria ja valoisia, ja joistakin on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahteen tai Meksikonlahteen. Kodissa on lämmitetty uima-allas vesiputouksella maaperäisestä porealtaasta - kaikkia ympäröi kaunis aurinkoterassi ja tehdään yksityisiksi tiheän trooppisen maisemoinnin kanssa.

Keittiö on "kuolla", kuten saatat odottaa "Almost Heaven" -tapahtumassa. Almost Heaven Lives Up to Its Name

This was a family vacation that included 5 adults, two teenagers, three children ages 3-7 and an infant. The house accommodations were exactly what we needed. Plenty of space to gather as well as be able to have some alone time. It was very nice having two separate, but nearby, dining tables. The large kitchen area had two coffee pots and all the utensils, plates, and appliances we needed. For the beach, there was 10 chairs, 2 beach carts, plenty of towels and 1 umbrella; the other umbrella was broken. The house had board games, puzzles, and a ping pong table. It’s a great location, with close access to a beach area that is sparsely populated. Unfortunately, there remains the after effects of the hurricane; only a few stores were open and only to 6 pm. Overall, still a very relaxing and enjoyable location to vacation.

Access to the beach was very good; we walked down the long driveway, crossed Captiva Dr (which did not have heavy traffic), and we were on the beach! The home was very nice and met our needs for space. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. There was plenty equipment for the beach -- 8 or 10 beach chairs in very good condition, 2 beach wagons, lots of beach towels, and a cooler. As we were packing up to leave, we found a Pack-N-Play. It would have been nice to know that it was there. The kitchen had adequate supplies, as did bathrooms. Want to note that Albert was very helpful when we called him with questions.

The house is comfortable and has wonderful amenities as far as a beach house goes. Every time we’re there it’s relaxing and easy to enjoy. Plenty of room for my family and would recommend to anyone looking to see the island for the first time. Property management is on point with any issues and takes care of guests if there’s any issues. Couldn’t be happier with my stay each time I’ve been there. We love Almost Heaven.

There was always someone available. We were there just before the hurricane Ian and we felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, we had to leave the island early because of the hurricane. We deeply regret that the island was so affected. We hope that the whole team is doing well and that no one was harmed. We also very much hope that no major damage was done to the house. Truly Almost Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Captiva Island is a Paradise and Almost Heaven was a perfect vacation spot on the island. The house was stocked with all amenities including a sharp knife (this is important when cooking), ample pots and pans and cooking utensils, two coffee makes including a k-cup and a 12 cup pot, clean beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, even jewelry trays by the bedside. The house is decorated nicely and was clean. It’s important to know you have to cross a two lane road to get to the beach—it’s the only road on the island and not a lot of traffic so an easy cross but important for family with little children. The beach in front of the house is spectacular and almost private because there are only a few houses and no condos —we experienced manatees swimming close enough we could reach out and touch them (they won’t hurt you but don’t touch them). We stayed in July and the back yard was overrun with misquotes and no-see-ums so we did not get to use the backyard oasis. I would have loved to as there was a grill, large table, clean pool and beautiful landscape. We did experience a plumbing back up during our stay which also prevented us from using the outdoor shower, however, management responded promptly and resolved the issue with professionalism — it was the 4th of July weekend and they made the repair happen despite the holiday! I would 100% recommend the property but I wouldn’t go in July—it was too buggy to enjoy the night.

Location is wonderful!

Great vacation home for a large group. Very nice kitchen. Setting is quiet and private. Location is great as it’s very close to the beach. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Enjoyed staying here.

accommodations great; pool and pool deck most enjoyed feature - both shade and sun while in the water. Landscapers particularly courteous while doing weekly clean up. great set-up with a fully stocked kitchen. Furniture in good shape and comfortable. Only issues were two maintenance items not resolved while there: master bathroom faucet and master bedroom window shade. Apparently. the owner is questioning the need for the window shade, but it makes sleeping in after sunrise easier.

We were a family of 10 adults and enjoyed dinners, and games at the perfect large kitchen table. Very clean, short walk to the beach and Captiva stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The grounds and heated pool were great for our January trip. Less than 1 minute walk to beach and a short walk to the Village area. Management company was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We will definitely return again. Highly recommend.

It is a lovely home in a quiet, convenient location away from the busyness of the town yet very convenient.It is well equipped with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach is wonderful and many happy hours were spent in the pool and spa.
