Your condo amenities include a large heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, community washer/dryers (coin-operated), beach chairs and towels, and—of course—the beach is just a short walk away. It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf Cart rentals are close by, but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of the resort.

Welcome to Bayside Villa 4306. Walk into the beautiful unit to find your first guest bedroom on the left. The guest bedroom features a large king bed, a private bathroom, a desk for all of your work needs, and a flat screen TV. Continue on to the kitchen, which allows for cooking while also enjoying the beautiful views Bayside Villa 4306 provides. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Stay in after a long day at the beach and create something special, or reheat dinner from one of the Island's best restaurants. You will find a breakfast bar with seating connected to the kitchen island. The living room is bright and beautiful and offers comfortable relaxation while enjoying the large flat screen TV, which includes WIFI and cable services to keep up with all of your favorite shows. The beautiful and inviting dining room gives you the best view. Open the sliders to let the tropical breeze in while you enjoy your morning coffee and or dinner at the dining table with seating for six total. Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large king bed, a private bathroom, a flat screen TV equipped with WIFI and cable services, and a sunny window seat. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV equipped with WIFI and cable services, and a sunny window seat. The bathroom is located in the hallway. You will find the laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.
