Come and stay at Pelican’s Perch and experience true paradise living in a luxury 2 bedrooms/Bonus Room, 4.0 bath Pool home located on North Captiva Island. Unobstructed views of the Gulf and only steps to the sandy beach. A four-person golf cart is included in the rental.

SECOND FLOOR
Walk upstairs to a bright, spacious living room, dining room and open kitchen with the view of the Gulf of Mexico. This open floor plan allows for 6 adults (8 including kids) to sleep, eat and play comfortably. The beautiful granite-top kitchen comes fully stocked for all of your cooking needs including pots, pans, cutlery, and tableware. The spacious deck with a fabulous Gulf view is right outside the living/Kitchen area provides ample seating to enjoy a direct view of the breathtaking sunset.
