The Space:

Sea U Soon is divided across four bedrooms and four bathrooms of the following configurations- Master bedroom located on the 3rd level of the home features a king bed and bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. Guest bedroom 1 is located on the 2nd level of the home and features a King bed with a bathroom located just across the hallway featuring dual vanities and a walk in shower. Guest bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd level and features a queen bed. Guest bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd level and features two twin beds with 2 trundle beds. There is a bathroom located between the two bedrooms that features dual vanities and a large walk in shower. There is also a pool bathroom on the ground level with a single vanity and walk in shower.



Proceeding back down the stairs from the 3rd level, guests will find the kitchen and living rooms, both with screened lanai access. As the pictures portray, the kitchen features a beautiful banquet and backsplash that incorporates 300 year old Portuguese tiles. All appliances are GE Cafe. There is a washer and dryer room located off of the living room in the hallway.



On the 1st level of the home guests will find split garages with a gate in the center leading to the pool deck and back yard area, featuring a built in outdoor kitchen, large heated pool, outdoor shower, and large dining area with seating for up to six guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entirety of the home, pool, pool bathrooms, and outdoor built-in kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

This spectacular home is located in walking distance to Captiva Village, where one can enjoy dining and shopping.



Getting Around:

Golf cart is recommended to get around

Guests must sign a rental agreement.
