Multilevel Designer Home with plenty of room for family. Multiple living areas and plenty of outside areas to enjoy. The home has amazing Sunrise and Sunset views. Walk or take the golf cart to the beaches or relax in the private heated pool with an overflow spa. In addition, expanded lot with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy!!

No Plans III is a luxury 2700 square-foot beach house with a private pool and 2 golf carts!!!

Enjoy No Plans III, an architectural delight providing a standard of living second to none. This lovely beach-view home has no shortage of quality and award-winning elegance. The designers of this beautiful home intentionally named this model, The Deck House, providing numerous decks off every level. The combination of interior elegance and exterior delight blend together seamlessly as it was always meant to be

As you enter into the No Plans III beach house you will be taken away by the combination of elegance and comfort visualizing the beautiful living room furnishings and décor. Truly a delight. This high standard of living is well complemented by an abundance of open space for entertaining. Leather couches and love seats and Old Florida-style paddle fans throughout.

On the upper level is a lovely gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an RO system, an ICE maker, and much more. A formal dining room with glass windows from floor to ceiling for dramatic views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Multiple living rooms can be found on the 1st and 2nd floor for more entertaining and offer additional sleeping capacity with 3 pullout beds.

The 3 large bedrooms are lavishly furnished and equipped. A 4th sleeping/bed area is on the 3rd level in the Sky lounge crew nest for peace and tranquility with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Island scenery.

Great stay in North Captiva

We had a great time at this rental on North Captiva. The house was clean, well-stocked, and in a good location — close to the beach and easy to get around by golf cart. The island is quiet and relaxing, which was just what we needed. Communication with the management company was smooth and helpful.

Amazing house!

Clean, comfortable, stocked kitchen for all your cooking, awesome pool, beautiful views, and so so so nice to have 2 working golf carts! We swam, waved to manatee, kayaked, biked, and walked the beaches. Our favorite island and our new favorite house!

Amazing!!!

We loved No Plans lll and will definitely will returning!! Best vacation we’ve had at the beach in a long time. Property managers were very easy to work with and took great care of us. We definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house & great property

We had a family of 6 stay here & everyone enjoyed the house & island. It's so quiet & beautiful. Lots of windows, decks, pool, ping pong, golf carts, etc. Kept us all busy having fun.

Great stay

My family enjoyed our stay and the home had everything you needed in a home away from home. We enjoyed sunsets on the deck and by the pool. The home completed the island feel and the stress free relaxation we were looking for! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic week away!

The house was beautiful and had all of the luxuries. Communication with the management team was easy and they were immediately responsive to any issues we had during the trip. The house was very kid friendly with all of the extras needed for toddlers and babies.

No Plans III

We had an amazing stay at No Plans III. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The property managers (Duncan, Lori, and Team) were very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would definitely recommend No Plans III and Tortuga Properties, and we are looking forward to returning next year.

spectacular week at No Plans III

We just returned from a magical week on North Captiva Island. We have stayed on the island twice before and No Plans III was by far the nicest home we have rented. The property management company, Tortuga, I want above and beyond to make the week a success for our party of 8 and were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The home had plenty of space for our party of eight to spread out. The kids slept on the first living level and had their own living room and screened balconies. The adults had a beautiful master bedroom and bath on the second living level along with the kitchen/dining and another living area. Ground level has a beautiful pool and spa, a ping-pong table that the kids loved, and a outdoor covered lounge area. We all especially enjoyed the crows nest area for sunrise and sunsets. This home had all the amenities you could possibly need for a week on the island. We can’t wait to come back again soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Thanksgiving reset for the ages

We spent this last Thanksgiving staying at No Plans III and it was the best week “off” we never really knew we needed :) there were 9 of us total- 2 families with kids ranging from 14mos-13yo. The property and island had everything we needed for an awesome stay!
