Villa Lucia is a stunning Liberty-style villa, elegantly decorated, charming and comfortable - perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. The villa overlooks the lake and offers private lake access.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVilla Lucia has three floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room, a reading room, a TV room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms - one of which has an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, two further bathrooms and a bright living room with a terrace overlooking the lake.

On the second floor there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Villa Lucia is the ideal place for those seeking a refined and relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and is surrounded by a well-kept furnished garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and all necessary accessories. There is also a laundry area with washing machine.

Crossing the road, you have access to the private dock with pier: an exclusive place where you can sunbathe, relax in the shade of century-old plants or set off on a boat trip.

In the dock there is also a small room with a refrigerator, table tennis and an equipped sunbathing area.

The courtyard at the back of the house has parking spaces for 3 cars.

Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house.

The villa is not air-conditioned, but fans are available in each room.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGThe villa is easily accessible by car. Three private parking spaces are available at the back of the house. The gate entrance is a little narrow, but even larger cars can enter. You just have to get used to it.

To access the garden and the private dock you have to cross the old lake road. Not a very busy road but you have to be careful.LAGLIO & SURROUNDINGSLaglio is a gem set along the shores of the famous Lake Como, a picturesque village that enchants with its natural beauty and tranquillity.

Perfect for those seeking an escape from routine, this charming village offers a perfect mix of history, nature and comfort.

The village offers restaurants and bars with enchanting views of the lake. It is 13 km from Como and 7 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Laglio there is a grocery shop, a butcher\'s shop, a pastry shop, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.

There is a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the property.

The bus stop is within walking distance, while the boat stop is in the nearby village of Carate Urio (1.5 km away).

The nearest supermarket (Bennet) is in the village of Tavernola, about 8 km away.

In Laglio you will also find the Riva del Tenciu, the only public bathing spot, and the possibility of renting a boat or going for a walk in nature.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. Therefore, we do not recommend relying on it once you reach your destination.

We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is within easy walking distance from the villa.

Villa Lucia is easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
