”Everything was Awesome”

”The A/C kept coming on and going off. I didn’t know if the wall thermostat or the thermostat on the unit was the correct control. Otherwise, it was a good stay. ”

”The staff was very accommodating. We travel with our two small dogs and they booked us into a main floor room. Plus one of our dogs is diabetic requiring that his insulin is kept cool during travel. The lovely lady at the front desk put our freezer packs in the freezer until we checked out.”

”Pool was closed for maintenance. We didn’t need a room key because the door didn’t close. Had to use the deadbolt and hinge lock.”

”Rooms are adequate, need updating. Breakfast -ok. No fruit, eggs are like rubber and waffle mix is real sweet. You never see staff, always have to ring the bell. Stayed last year and was good, gone done hill. 🙁 sad, because it is in a great location off interstate 75.”

”This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

”Hotel was clean and decent. Wasn't worth the price we paid, but there was a big event in the area so prices spiked. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The front desk employee was playing games on a computer not paying any attention while 2 guests waited at the counter to check in. ”

”This hotel is very nice. We had a king double room. Very large, well equipped and in good repair. Only slight mark down is for the construction (painting) that was going on. I would stay here again a without doubt. Great stop for two nights while watching a concert in Knoxville. Staff were excellent and friendly. ”

”This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

”This place is a hellhole. it has deteriorated in recent years. Never again.”

”Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

”They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

”The facility is like lipstick on a pig. Floors were uneven, bathroom door did not close. Workout room was none existent, a treadmill, a few dumbbells. When the hotel was ranked excellent and cost $150 for a week night. Definitely not worth the stay.”

”Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change is we wish the pool was a little warmer. They had the heat turned down, but overall it was great.”
