”Perfect location for the local vibe of OB. Walk everywhere easily, for more food and drink than you can consume. Rooftop view is unreal. Porch off the kitchen was our go to for hanging out. Lots of stairs and ladders, so that's a consideration if it applies to you. The property is in the nature of OB. Not the super-fancy, but definitely good value once you realize the scene you are in. We're all in our 60's and it suited us well. ”

”This is a really terrific family property! We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. The unit is well stocked with all the essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and soap (it’s always annoying when we have to buy these things on vacation). There are many thoughtful touches, like two coffee pots (a Keurig and a regular pot) and lots of throw blankets. There are plates and utensils for children, as well as a high chair and crib. We were able to do all our laundry in the unit’s washer...

”The house is great! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, beautiful sunsets over on the beach side, sunrise on the Bay side, and so much to do. Our host responded very quickly to questions, and even left is some yummy snacks!! ”

”So this place is 5 stories- kinda hard to tell from pics but there is 2 kicker floors, 4 floors with sleeping areas, and a ton of bathrooms!We enjoyed the outdoor area, spa and of course the steps down to the beach!”
