Spacious with a lot of potential! In a great location. However, we felt like the owner tried to scam us after our checkout. Charged 170 for cleanup and damages. The cleanup was “crumbs in the bedroom“ and the damage was from a broken knife that was rotted where the knife and handle part met. It broke when I was trying to cut a piece of cake. And a damaged remote the “had bite marks on it”. They charge for crumbs but don’t leave any broom, mop, or vacuum cleaner available for you to use. The couch feels like a wooden board covered in a bed sheet. There are metal strips in the kitchen floor that poke up and sharp metal ends are exposed. Two people in our group sliced their toes pretty bad on them at different times. This place has a lot of potential but I would video and document everything as you enter and again as you leave so that they can’t say you damaged anything.
