And there no front desk working at night. The phone number they gave us to call in case of emergency no one pick up. The worst place to stay.”

”Our first surprise was the $75 PER NIGHT pet cleaning fee. This might have been understandable if they had cleaned our room at all during our stay. We didn't see a soul the entire time. We were all alone in the hotel and surrounding restaurant. Good thing we didn't need clean towels. No services whatsoever. They gave us a key and told us to lock up when we left. Kind of like The Shining. But with waves. ”
