”Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. ”

”Considering the noisy area, we were able to sleep, room was quiet and the hotel felt safe. All staff was very polite. Breakfast; self serve continental breakfast and eggs cooked to order, it felt good having someone greeting you at the breakfast area, setting up the table and taking your order. Room was spacious and bathroom too.”
