”Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else.”

”Totally enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The only problem was our room, 125 was near the eating area and it got noisy at times.”

”The elevator made an awful noise, the furniture in our room was held together with duct tape, the suitcase stand was missing. We had requested a handicap room. The only thing handicap was the high sink and the handicap buzzer outside the door. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the staff was helpful and nice.”

”Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.”

”I called the place and tbe phone didn’t answer so we went to the place and my brother tried calling there after we asked the staff if the phone works and it didn’t ring! I proceeded to ask her to give me a good number to call form there and gave me her own phone number instead! She said she’ll give me a call back the next day but didn’t! And still trying to call and email them!”

”They did not have a room ready. We were late for the ceremony we came into town for. Totally unacceptable!!! Never again!”

”The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.”

”Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. ”Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk.
