The property has a beautiful tropical atmosphere. The room upgrades are great. The only thing was that I didn't see an outlet with ability to plug in your phones, etc.

Was nice and secluded for the most part and employees were vert accommodating on our needs. But was really stupid that you have to go to office to get towels for swimming pool and have to return to office when done and wouldn't let you just give to housekeeping.

What a wonderful place! The grounds are immaculate and offer something for everyone. Easy walking to dining, shopping, the beach etc. We had a wonderful time!

My family of five stayed in a 2BR Luxury Suite and our stay was great! We loved the courtyard and pool, and the room worked well for us. The staff was great and the property also has beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. Highly recommend!

We love the ambiance and the feeling like we’re in little hawaii. The only negative sides is that we can hear our neighbor Nxt door- and limited parking lot. But all in all we loved our stay here and will definitely come Back and bring the whole family ❤️

This is absolutely our favorite place to stay. I’m from San Diego and we love to visit Carlsbad for the beach, food and shopping. The staff is amazing, the rooms are so clean and the murals in each room are different and colorful. The pool/spa area is so nice and so many places to just sit quietly and read. Definitely a 10 in our books for places to stay.

One of our new favorite places to stay. Very impressed with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our small family of 4. Entire property well maintained. Fire pits and BBQ were fun to enjoy at night. Super close walk to the beach made for the perfect beach vacation. Loved that they would check out all the beach essentials including towels, body boards, toys, and more. Parking was a bit of an issue, but not enough of a reason to not want to come back year after year.

Beautiful grounds and area. So close to beach you can hear the ocean from your room. A lot to do in the nearby area from shopping to restaurants. Staff was friendly. Could use more variety at breakfast. Room could have been cleaner and we didn't receive maid service two days during our trip.

had the best two night stay! staff was very friendly and accommodating. our room was ready a bit earlier and they let us know, which was awesome since we got into the area way earlier than anticipated. Room was clean and so were the whole grounds! The pool and jacuzzi area was very quiet and relaxing. Perfectly located in Carlsbad Village. We were able to walk everywhere! Our car didn’t move from check in, until we checked out.

It was so great that beach entrance was so close to the hotel. Also nice vibe of lots of nature and fire pits at night. There are tons of restaurants near by that are walking distance. Parking gets filled up pretty quickly, but was able to find street parking pretty easily. The breakfast that's included is more like to go options like yogurt, juice, muffin, etc

This is our 3rd time here. We always have great service from the friendly staff. We love that it’s walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and perfect for our family.

Perfect Getaway!
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities were great! The room was very comfortable, the staff were extremely accommodating. It is a perfect location to everything if you're trying to get away. We loved that they offered towels and chairs for the beach at no rental fee. Every room has a perfectly small kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, which really comes in handy if you don't want to eat out every day. The cleaning staff are very nice and do a great job. The ambiance of the property is wonderful, there are tiki men everywhere and the fire pit area is blissful at night. For a small facility it feels big yet cozy. We will definitely be back.

Very nice property. Rooms are comfortable and kitchen is a great perk. Parking can be a problem. A lot of foot traffic but quotes down at night after about 9pm.

This property is top notch and beautiful. Rooms are nice and spacious, staff was friendly, and everything is within walking distance. I especially liked the beach was across the street, literally steps away. Recommend to anyone looking for a place to vacation in Carlsbad.

We were very satisfied
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is right across a small road from the beach. The place is very well maintained. The room had a kitchen and was large enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. We always found parking on site, although that could have been because of the season (January). The breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. The price was good compared to nearby properties and excellent value for southern California near the beach.
