”The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished. The main two bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The other two bedrooms are fine for kids to have their...

”This was a delightful stay. All the comforts of an AB&B without the stupid fees. The room was unique, comfortable, and well appointed. Comfy bed, good pillows, hot shower, good water pressure, very useful kitchen, very clean. The patio/garden space outside was very pleasant and the cats were affectionate and added a level of homey comfort. I will stay here again and recommend you do as well. ”

”My traveling group consisted of my boyfriend and I and our dog (our baby). The house had everything we needed, even a good sized backyard. Location was close to Albertsons which was perfect. We loved the style, like a western, cabin like feel to it. We would stay here again. Thank you! ”
