”This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.”

”Wow what a great house 3 adults and two children. Lots of room. Myself and my adult daughters took grandson to Legoland CA. We felt very safe great neighborhood. Everything we needed there. Even toys for the little ones. Easy to get to beaches, Legoland. Owner was easy to contact got back quickly with answers to questions. Very clean and what a beautiful house. Would come back again easily. ”

”We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and incredibly well equipped. There are so many extra special features, including beautiful outside sitting areas, a game room and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Ana was very responsive to questions and communication was excellent. We appreciate the extra details that added to our daughter’s law school graduation celebration! Thank you!”

”We have stayed in about a dozen properties in Carlsbad and this is one of the top 3 for sure. Perfect condition and a block from the beach. ”

”This home is amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Large table off the kitchen for game night and meals. Some of our party does not care for the beach and the backyard, pool and spa was the perfect spot to soak and chat. Close to Vons grocery and a short 10-25 min walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors and of course it’s Carlsbad in the summer, what’s not to love. We will be back ”

”Absolutely amazing home with everything needed there for our family of 6! Love the neighborhood as well. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us. The owner was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We did have an ants issue but she jumped on it and got them taken care of with an exterminator. Unfortunately stuff happens but she got it taken care of. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful week in San Diego! ”

”We were well pleased as soon as we opened the front door. The home was just as the photos showed, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The property was well kept a good place to just chill out. A block and a half from the beach, not a bad walk at all.Our family of 5 adults, one teen, and one child had a great time. We would defiantly consider staying again.Hunter was a great host when we had questions he did not waste time answering us back.Hats off to Hunter our host and Vrbo. ”

”The room was clean, had a very nice tub and shower, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, and a large tv. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and felt safe and comfortable walking my dog around the block. The hosts were very helpful whenever I had questions.”

”We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed...
