”We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. The village was peaceful and was just what we expected. There was a choice of breakfast for any taste and the same with the evening menu. The staff were friendly and engaging with nothing being too much trouble. We would definitely recommend staying here. Well worth the drive from mid wales.”
”We really enjoyed our stay at The Fox Hall Inn. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, good value for money, and the free continental breakfast (delivered to our room) was an added bonus!
The staff were welcoming and attentive and it was the perfect stop off for a couple of nights whilst visiting Barnard Castle, about 10 minutes away by car.
I think a car would be needed to reach the property, but I am unsure of the local bus service.

”The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap.
The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. ”

Great value for money and would definitely recommend! ”
