”We stayed for just one night, picking our son up from D of E at Aysgarth Falls. The landlord and lady were so friendly, and had a few beers with us. It was a gorgeous hotel packed with character. The bedroom was very clean and the whole stay was so enjoyable. The breakfast was top drawer, and sobtasty. We walked to the waterfall as advised, well worth it. Thanks to the incredible hosts. ”This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof. ”Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. ”

”Beautifully situated and comfortable traditional farmhouse accommodation. Michelle is an excellent host, nothing too much trouble, and with amazing breakfasts. It was so convenient to be able to walk directly from the door, with the Pennine Way literally on the doorstep. Would highly recommend as a base to explore Malham and the beautiful Yorkshire dales. ”
”We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away.
This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes.
The building is very old and reached over an old stone bridge or the beck (stream)
Parking is available and the room was nicely furnished with views of the water and a very comfy bed.
The hotel and attached restaurant is completely plant based. I somehow missed this fact when booking but I needn’t have worried.

The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again .
